From a landlord's perspective, Cairns have really shaken up my perceptions about letting agencies. I've had really negative experiences with letting agencies in the past and swore I would never deal with them again. After a turbulent period with one of my tenants coupled with the departure of another tenant in a separate property, Cairn were quick to provide the necessary guidance and support. Cairn Lettings been looking after our portfolio since they took over our previous agency . A few tears ago . Absolutely brilliant, saw us through covid lockdowns and on the ball getting decent tenants. My property agent in particular is excellent .
